Children living in Shiga Prefecture

• Draw a picture according to the theme on a white paper (landscape orientation recommended).
  
  • “Swimming! Dream Fish Aquarium” exhibition, please draw a thick outline.
  • For the “ORIGU! Dream Fish Water Soak” exhibition, the illustration will swim toward the left.
• From the submission page of “Let's Draw Together! Please submit your picture from the “Moving Art Gallery” submission page.
• When you have finished submitting your illustration, click the “Enter the drawing” button to apply for the drawing.
  
  • Your illustration will be reflected on the “Let's Draw Together! Moving Art Gallery” page, and it will take about 3 to 5 days before they start moving.
  • If you have difficulty submitting illustrations on the Web, please contact the secretariat below.

Publication period: (tentative) November 1, 2024 (Fri.) - December 31, 2025 (Wed.)
Place of display: “Let's draw together” in the special website “Shigakko WEB Expo! Moving Art Gallery” on the special website ”Shiggako Web Expo
Participating works will be used as video clips in the Shiga Prefecture booth at the Osaka Kansai Expo. Details will be announced on the special site.

From November 1, 2024 (Fri.) to October 31, 2025 (Fri.), a prize will be drawn each month for those who apply.
Winners will be announced upon delivery of the prizes.

• The copyrights and ownership rights of the participating works belong to the organizer.
• The following works will not be considered for participation!

  • Works that may infringe on the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
  • Entries that contain personal information of the entrant or a third party (including photographs of the entrant's face). (Including photographs of people's faces, etc.) ・Items that contain personal information of the person concerned or a third party.
  • Any commercial, inappropriate advertising or solicitation.
  • Any contents that defame or cause discomfort to others.
  • Submissions that are offensive to public order and morals.
  • Submissions that are large in number or are posted consecutively.
  • Entries that are deemed inappropriate by the organizer.
• Personal information registered at the time of lottery entry will be used only for the purpose of contacting the entrant regarding this project.
• Personal information provided by the participants will not be disclosed to any third party without their consent.
• By participating in the event, you will be deemed to have agreed to all of the participation requirements.
