Steps to submission

Draw a picture on a white sheet of paper!

The illustration for the ‘Swimming! Dream Fish Water Souvenir' exhibition, please use a black marker pen or similar to draw a thick border around the illustration.

How to Participate
- Draw a picture based on the theme on a white piece of paper (horizontal orientation recommended).
- In the "Swimming! Dream Fish Tank" exhibition, the illustrations will swim to the left.
- The illustration for the "Swimming! Dream Fish Water Souvenir" exhibition, please use a black marker pen or similar to draw a thick border around the illustration.
- Submit the picture through the submission page of the "Let’s Draw Together! Moving Art Gallery."
- After submitting the illustration, apply for the lottery by clicking the "Apply for the Lottery" button.
- It may take about 3 to 5 days for your illustration to be reflected and start moving on the "Let’s Draw Together! Moving Art Gallery" page.
- If submitting online is difficult, please contact the office below.
Exhibition of Works
Exhibition Period: (Scheduled) From Friday, November 1, 2024, to Wednesday, December 31, 2025.
Exhibition Location: On the special website "Shigakko WEB Expo" in the "Let’s Draw Together! Moving Art Gallery."
*Participating works are also planned to be used as videos at the Shiga Prefecture booth in the Osaka-Kansai Expo. Details will be announced on the special website.

Lottery Prizes
By submitting between November 1, 2024, and October 31, 2025, you can enter a monthly lottery to receive a prize.
Winners will be notified by the shipment of the prize.

- The copyright and ownership of the submitted works belong to the organizer.
- The following works will not be accepted (and therefore will not be reflected on the "Let’s Draw Together! Moving Art Gallery" page):
- Works that may infringe on third-party copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
- Works that violate public order and morals.
- Works intended for commercial purposes, inappropriate advertisements, or solicitations.
- Works that defame or cause discomfort to others.
- Works deemed inappropriate by the organizer.
- Works containing personal information of the participant or third parties.
- Bulk or repetitive submissions.
- The personal information registered during the lottery application will only be used for contact related to this project. The provided personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
